Most single-service assessments take 1-3 hours depending on the size of your home. Comprehensive multi-service packages may require a full day. We always provide a time estimate during your consultation.
In most cases, no. Our testing is non-invasive and safe. For certain remediation procedures, we may recommend temporary relocation and will advise you well in advance.
We recommend testing when buying or selling, before and after renovations, if anyone experiences unexplained respiratory issues, or simply for peace of mind. Homes built before 1978 should always be tested for lead.
